This lecture is not meant to be a scientific thesis; this lecture is only a means and an opportunity to explain Nichiren Daishonin's  Buddhism. Nichiren Daishonin writes in the Gosho; The True Aspect of all Phenomena;” Exert yourself in the two ways of practice and study. Without practice and study, there can be no Buddhism. You must not only persevere yourself; you must also teach others. Both practice and study arise from faith. Teach others to the best of your ability, even if it is only a single sentence or phrase.” Nichiren Daishonin encourages us to teach to the best of our ability even if it is only a single sentence or phrase. Practice and study come from faith and this lecture is a manifestation of my Buddhist faith.

What an exciting time to live as we humans are getting closer to understanding our existence and the further and more educated we become the more easier our society will grow to understand the profound teachings of Nichiren Daishonin's Buddhist teachings.

The Gosho “The Gift of Rice” reads: The true path lies in the affairs of this world. The Golden Light Sutra states, “To have a profound knowledge of this world is itself Buddhism.” The Nirvana Sutra states, “All of the non- Buddhist scriptures and writings in society are themselves Buddhist teachings, not non-Buddhist teachings.

On April 28, 1253 Nichiren Daishonin chanted the phase “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo” and the entire essence of all teachings and phenomena are explained in this one single phase. The Gosho; “The Real Aspect of the Gohonzon;” reads:

Miao-lo stated: “The true aspect invariably manifests in all phenomena, and all phenomena invariably manifest in the ten factors. The ten factors invariably manifest in the Ten Worlds, and the Ten Worlds invariably manifest in life and its environment.” It is also stated that the profound principle of the true aspect is the originally inherent Myoho-renge-kyo.

We Nichiren  Buddhist view the “True aspect of all phenomena.” Whether that phenomena is the concept of God, Jesus, Buddha, The President or if it is Ardipitecus ramidus, we Nichiren  Buddhist understand that all phenomena is Nam(u) Myoho Renge Kyo and all phenomena manifest the ten factors and the ten factors manifest the Ten Worlds and the Ten Worlds manifest life and its environment and the true aspect of all phenomena is Nam Myoho Renge Kyo.

We can boldly say that the teaching of Nichiren Daishonin True Buddhism is the most profound religious teachings in the world in that these teachings encompass a clear-cut understanding of all phenomena. If the true aspects manifest in all phenomena and all phenomena manifest the ten factors, then what are the ten factors?
