Let us get into the Black side of Dr. Ambedkar. When he came to Columbia University in 1913 Black people could not even come on the campus. Dr. Ambedkar studied American history and most of all he studied African and African/American history. In the book Dr. Ambedkar and Untouchability it note that Dr. Ambedkar was a student of the  Black man known as the “Educator" Booker T. Washington.” It was “Booker T. Washington who wrote the book “Up from Slavery” Booker T. Washington started the Black Colleges in America. Dr. Ambedkar studied Booker T. Washington’s methods as to how education could help Dalits in India.

The  Dr. Ambedkar movie shows that Dr. Ambedkar had Black friends in America.  The two men  dialog the Kitchen. They also  show police brutality.

Please understand that President Barack Obama Jr. also graduated from Columbia, University. Now Columbia University is just in Harlem where Black folk live. There is no doubt that Dr. Ambedkar connected with Black Americans. In the scene in the movie he is at specifically an Ethiopian Church. There is the Abyssinia Ethiopian Church established in Harlem in 1808 before Slavery ended in America. The Movie Scene shows Dr. Ambedkar at the Black Church in Harlem before he departs to got to law school in London. Here is your ill-refutable evidence of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar and the Black Community.  This was put in the movie to show the connection.
