In the Gosho  Nichiren Daishonin Writes That all Phenomena manifest its true Nature

1. Appearance   2. Nature  3. Form 4. Power 5. Influence 6. Latent Effect 7.  Inherent Cause   8 . Relationship   9. Manifest Effect  10. Consistency from the beginng to the end. We see this phenomena in the aspect of "Good Hair."
In Ethiopia there was not the influence of  Slavery or racism in regards to the hair of Black people and as a result there is a different relationship in regards to hair and you get a different manifest effect in Ethiopia.
On the left we have a picture of a beautiful Ethiopian Woman wearing her lock hair fashion and on the right we have our favorite Cosby Girl Lisa Bonet showcasing her natural hair style.  Both hair styles manifest their true nature. If you investigate the mindset of Lisa Bonet you will find that she is not affraid to wear lock hair styles representing the Black part of her heritage.
Whatever way you choose to categorize it Ethiopia has the most diverse hair styles in the world whether it is White  Black hair  or Asian styles.  The designs at the famous  Bronner Brothers hair show in Atlanta could never duplicate the many styles and fashions that are in Ethiopia. The fact that most African/American women feel that they have to have straight or "Good Hair" is rooted in Racism. Every style, every color and every phenotype exist in Ethiopia and it is only where Black people suffered enslavement, colonization and dominance will you find the phenomena of "Good Hair" or hair that does not represent the culture of Black people.
Women from the Afar Region
Ethopia has the largest Array of Black hair styles in the World and there is no culture to chemically process the hair or pressure to add weave or straighten the hair as we experience this phenomena in America.
Look at the image and nature of these African people in Ethiopia they are not compelled to put chemicals on their hair, wear wigs, weaves and they are not posses with the idea of "Good Hair" in Ethiopia there are millions of women who actually have what we call "Good Hair" unlike the many women in America who use weave. Imagine how much Indian hair and hair straightener is sold is Ethiopia.  The people have pride in there culture.  In America this pride was lost via slavery.
These Ethiopian women  soldiers from Eritrea wearing their natural hair except the color. Imagine them having to maintain a perm or weave each day.
This is a picture of an Oromo woman in Ethiopia.  Look at the health and richness of her hair. In her area the land is rual despite the dust and lack of commericial products the Ethiopians maintain very healthy hair.
Look at the many faces and hair styles in Ethiopia, every single pheno-type in the world exists in Ethiopia
I was amazed during my visits to Ethiopia as to how the women interact or project their live condition to the camera
There is a sense of pride that any human gains when they have a sense of cultural pride and this pride manifest itself in photographs
