In the Gosho Nichiren Daishonin the messenger of Shakymuni writes about the Lotus Sutra in the Gosho Titled: "Questions and answers about embracing the Lotus Sutra."
"but among all the sacred teachings expounded by the Buddha in the course of his lifetime, the Lotus Sutra alone holds the position of absolute superiority. It is the guidepost that points the way to the immediate attainment of perfect wisdom , the carriage that takes us at once to the place of enlightenment."
In the Gosho writings of Nichiren Daishonin he writes in the Goshos: Teachings, Practice and Proof: "The words of the various teachers are in themselves of no use at all. The Buddha gave strict counsel against following them with his statement in the Nirvana Sutra, “Rely on the Law and not upon persons."
We at the "Proud Black Buddhist World Association " holds the "Lotus Sutra as "Supreme."  The way to attain Buddhahood is to embrace the "Lotus Sutra."  In the writing Nichiren Daishonin he refers to the "Lotus Sutra" almost 3000 times.  This is how we practice the "Lotus Sutra."
  1. To receive and keep the Sutra in each one's body and mind
  2. To read the Sutra with the eyes
  3. To recite the Sutra
  4. To explain the Sutra to others
  5. To copy the Sutra.
We at the "Proud Black Buddhist World Association" hold the "Lotus Sutra" as supreme.  We are dedicated to introducing the "Lotus Sutra" specifically to African and African American community. We hold that the Buddhism should be taught in a "Cultural Fashion" whereas Africans and African American can grasp and understand the Practice. We preach, teach, sing, rap, Harmonize the "Lotus Sutra" via a 21st Century African and African American paradigm.
